SplatterTribe: Introduce and compare yourself to something you could put into a Christmas stocking and then explain why the comparison

 

Erica Soto: Hi SplatterTribe.TV Fans, I’m Erica Soto and If I had to compare myself to something in a Christmas stocking it would have to be a candy cane because...I’m sweet, simple, and something everyone craves!

 

 

 

 

SplatterTribe: For anyone who may not know who Erica Soto is, please give us some history...

 

Erica Soto: I am Hispanic Model/Actress Erica Soto from Cleveland, OH and yes I can speak fluent Spanish. I started modeling when I was 15 years old and found it to be one of my great passions as well as acting! I would say that I have been extremely blessed within the last year and couldn’t be more thankful or excited for what next year has to bring!

 

 

 

 

SplatterTribe: You done your share of modeling, what are some of the modeling events you have been involved in and where have you been featured?
 

Erica Soto: These are some of the modeling events that I have been involved in this year between: walking the "Red Carpet" with the top talented and famous Latino Artists at the Paulina Rubio & Friends Concert at the Jackie Gleason Theater in Miami, FL! To: SpokeModeling for SniperBabes.com "Women that Stand for the Second Amendment and strongly believe in education of safe handling and storage of firearms amongst shooters and non-shooters alike." and for PST US Pro Squash Tour New York City www.prosquashtour.net. I have also walked the runway for the Style Lounge Live.com (even have a video of myself falling off the runway haha check it out on their website) as well as for the First Breast Cancer Awareness Fashion Show 2010!

 

 

 

 

SplatterTribe: I know you are in the Indie movie 'Girl Scout Cookies' along with some former 'Miss SplatterTribe's', what part do you play in the movie? How did you get involved with it and have you been in any other films?

 

Erica Soto: I play a Latin Character named Cadence who tags along with her boyfriend and 5 other couples to go on a weekend trip to the backwoods of MN for some fun, frolicking and good times but then things turn out to not be as they appeared as the camping trip turns into a game of life and death. Cadence plays a victim that fights for her life against 5 of the most deadly women imaginable. Yes, I have been one other film so far… I played a victim in Post-Mortem 2010 The third and most horrifying chapter in the HEAD CASE series, from award-winning filmmaker Anthony Spadaccini. Which had gotten me noticed for my current movie Girl Scout Cookies 2011, directed by award winning filmmaker Bobby Jones and Produced by Mark Cray.

 

 

 

 

SplatterTribe: What's the sexiest way to die in a film?
 

Erica Soto: I think the sexist way to die in a film is when a barely dressed woman is drenched in blood in a bath tub dying.

 

 

 

 

SplatterTribe: What would you do if you where standing in line at a gas station and the guy in front of you unknowingly dropped...

 

Erica Soto:
a) a picture of you with a red heart around it... I would smile as I pick up the picture and hand it back to him, if he were to notice that I was the girl in the picture I would autograph it for him! :-)
b) a scratch off lottery ticket worth 50,000...I would pick up the lottery ticket and run haha I'm just kidding I would hand it back to the guy in line.
c) a note that says this is a robbery...I would look around to see if things didn't look right and react based on what I see.
d) your car keys... I would pick up my keys and probably flip out on him and try to figure out why the hell he had my keys to begin with!
e) a business card for a major movie company... I would pick up the business card and hand it back to the guy and make conversation about his major movie company and introduce myself and my profession to see if it would be something I would be interested in and vice versa.

 

 

 

SplatterTribe: Define the following words as they pertain to you
 

Erica Soto:

-Music- Music to me is very inspirational and eye opening!
-Entertainment- I believe entertainment is to please each and everyone's guilty pleasures! :-)
-Art- I believe Art is a great way to express ones feelings!
-Life- I believe that Life is defined by opportunities, even the ones we miss!
 

 

 

 

SplatterTribe: So what do you want for Christmas and What's the best Christmas present you have ever received?
 

Erica Soto: What I want for Christmas is the new 2011 Yellow Camaro Convertible! (Ha I wish!) And the best Christmas present I have received is when my mother just gave me a passport…and I told her that it was really random but thank you and that is when she told me that I would be needing it for my actual Christmas gift which was 2 tickets to Mexico!

 

 

 

SplatterTribe: What are your plans for New Years and do you have any resolutions?
 

Erica Soto: My plans for New Years is to go out with my family & friends and party like a rock star... did some one say "shots! shots! shots?" haha! My New Year Resolutions are to remain positive and thankful for all the opportunities that I have been blessed with and to work one step closer everyday to achieve my goals and dreams!

 

 

 

SplatterTribe: What comes to mind when you hear the word SplatterTribe?
 

Erica Soto: An Indian Tribe that is out to Splatter young women hahaha!

 

 

 

SplatterTribe: If you where asked to audition for a movie entitled SplatterTribe, how would you show up for the audition?

 

Erica Soto: I would show up in a suede cloth beaded bikini with blood on my hands hoping that I would be the one doing the splattering hehe topped off with feathers in my hair.

 

 

 

SplatterTribe: If someone where going to create a collectible toy of you would you want it be be Barbie Doll Style, Voodoo Doll, Porcelain Doll Style, Raggedy Anne Style, Blow Up Doll Style, or a Collectors/Statue Style? Also, what would it be wearing?

 

Erica Soto: I would pick a Barbie doll because "We girls can do anything" that way everyone can have a chance to play with me hahaha! And I would be wearing sexy club wear with stilettos "Day-to-Night Barbie"!

 

 

 

 

SplatterTribe: Do you believe...

Erica Soto:

--in ghosts? Yes I believe in ghosts... I had seen a little girl walking around my parents house when I was 12 years old. No one seemed to know who she was or what I was talking about. Hmmm..
--in UFOs? I do believe that there is some sort of life somewhere in outer space that we do not know of but not sure if I believe all the strange stories that are told about them.
--in conspiracy theories? Yes!
--in Sasquatch? No not really!
--in Zombies? No but their fun/scary to watch in movies! :-)
--that the world will end in 2012? No not really the prophecies are very interesting as to why the Mayans believe the end of the world is coming on that day but there are many things out there that were predicted many, many years ago an haven’t been true so far…
--in 2nd chances? Yes! Everyone deserves a second chance depending. Now 3rd is another story...
--in miracles? Yes and for that I am very grateful!
--in magic? Not sure but it is fun to watch.
--in Karma? YES definitely! What comes around goes around
--that we landed on the moon? Sure why not? haha
--in reincarnation? For some people yes! haha
--that dreams mean something? Everyone can interpret their dreams in different ways some more than others
--in fate? Yes everyone has a path they were given
--in Santa Clause? YES! Duh... who else puts the presents under everyone's Christmas tree? Plus he always eats my cookies I leave him by my warm fireplace! HO HO HO Merry Christmas!
--everything happens for a reason? Definitely or at least that's what I keep telling myself from going insane haha!

Erica Soto: Yes...If you could ask Santa Clause for anything in the world what would you ask for???

 

(Tribe Note: I would ask for common sense! It's something I have wanted my whole life but it's been out of my price range and I've never found anyone I could borrow some from either! j/k...I would also like to ask him to quit taking all the credit for everything and to start pulling his own weight!)
