I am a very passionate accepting, loving,
liberal, old soul.
SplatterTribe: So what inspires you when you write poetry?
Magan: Everything inspires me, all of the things around
me in nature, people, events. Things I see, smell, hear,
taste and sense on another level inspire me.

Lies and deceit
Trick or treat
Maybe it stems from conceit
Written words to delight
His dreamgirl
How these words excite
No commitments to anyone
And I was stupid enough to of
believed
Blinded by love
Soon to be deceived
A heart promised to another
But no intention to let me know
He says he does not love her
But she says they are to be married
And her to be his children’s mother
Love eternal
He says to nocturnal
Now that I am back in his life
He feels some completion
He said his completion lays with me
I make him complete?

A group of people that all come together and there is an explosion of music, entertainment, art and

life…balls to the wall everything goes….free expression no matter what outlet is chosen.

SplatterTribe: You also take photo's, what inspired you to start in that field?
Magan: It is funny that people see beautiful, touching, amazing things every day and don’t even stop to see it or appreciate it, but when they see a picture they do take notice. I want to suspend the moment in time for all to see.

Intuition

Do I listen to my intuition
and stay clear
or do I give him a chance
and continue this dance
Red flags all around
add to my ammunition
And fear
Lies abound
No pictures of him to be found
Except one with a helmet that masks his true identity
Is he hiding some obscenity?
Why so secretive?
Does he have something to hide
Possibly a bride?
His reasoning is thus
he says people get fired
For having a profile on a social website
Should I even bother to discuss
This leaves me uninspired
Is it worth the fight?
In the heat of the moment he gets up and flees
So fast I could feel the breeze
He says with urgency
its an emergency
to the dr I must go
I think to myself he is someone’s beau
His Christmas card returned
No known address
Cause for concern
Or a little distress
Think I have been burned?
Things just do not add up
I live my life in the open
No secrets to be found
I will not be bound
By someone who can not be true to me
So the time for goodbye has come to be

SplatterTribe:
Give us a good recipe food or alcohol related, doesn't matter.
Magan:
Pudding Shots
1 small pkg. INSTANT choc. pudding
3/4 C. milk
1/4 C. Vodka
1/2 C. Irish Cream

8 oz. Extra Creamy Cool Whip
Mix pudding and milk for a couple of minutes with an electric mixer, then add alcohol, mix well. Mix in Cool Whip.
Put into individual serving cups with lids and I furnish plastic spoons. Keep in the freezer.
You can try all different types of pudding and alcohol..but chocolate is my favorite.
(Tribe Note: You know, this answer gives me an idea. I can see it now. The SplatterTribe Entertainment Cookbook. Nothing but alcohol related recipes. I could do like an infomercial and everything!)

Whatever outlet you have for artistic expression

You have a connection with cats, what exactly is your attachment to cats as opposed to any other animal?
Magan:
I love all animals but cats I feel I can connect to on a mystical level. Almost as if they can see into alternate realities or realms. At work they call me the cat whisperer.
SplatterTribe:
What are the five most memorable events in 2008 for you?
Magan:

1. Obama being elected…..and hopefully an end to all of these close minded stuffed shirts with sticks up their ass with no knowledge of what every day Americans endure and no liberal or artistic thought in their minds-or lack there off.
2. Gas prices going up, up and up-Politicians padding their pockets.
3. Highest unemployment rate.-politicians handling things wrong.
4. Recession: politicians handling things wrong.
5. Finding old friends.

Magan: Only 5…..

Magan:
What made you want to do this interview? I have no idea…brain freeze.
SplatterTribe: Songwriting time. I wrote 2 lines to a verse and then when I interviewed Poet/Writer Angelica Wandering Angel she added 2 more, now I need you to add another 2 lines....
Me: Sometimes it feels so cold
Like watching fire Freeze
A.W.A.: Sometimes I feel like screaming
Because my heart is frozen ..in pain.
